One Financial Markets is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom (FCA) with firm reference number 466201. You may view the operations for which we are authorised on the FCA website (http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmRefSearch.do) together with a list of persons* holding personal Authorisation under the company's licence.
The FCA is regarded by both consumers and financial service professionals as a pre-eminent financial regulatory body and is empowered under the UK Government's Financial Services Act to supervise and regulate financial services business in and from the United Kingdom.
You will see from our FCA registration that we are a 'Full Scope Firm' – this is the highest threshold authorisation that we can receive.
* Please note that the One Financial Markets personnel listed on the FCA website are only those performing functions which require authorisation under the FCA regime. All our overseas personnel are not eligible to be personally listed on the FCA website as they work outside the UK.
